There are 10 window stickers of a bike personality in each of the 7 towns – hidden in the windows of shops, cafes and businesses around the town centre. The 7 Bike trails are in Woodbridge, Wickham Market, Framlingham, Snape, Leiston, Saxmundham & Aldeburgh.

Pick a town and download the trail sheet from within the relevant bike posts below. Then your mission is to write down names of the places where you spot the sticker on the trail sheets and hand them in to the collections points detailed on the sheet. Take a photo of yourself with your winning sticker and tweet it to @TasteoftheTour1 or share it with @TasteoftheTour on Facebook.

You get a sticker for each Bike Trail you complete. On the back of your trail sheet there’s a sticker sheet with the 7 locations. Collect all seven stickers and win a Tour of Britain Goodie Bag! So be sure to let us know on Twitter or Facebook by sending us a photo of your completed sticker sheet – and we’ll reply by Direct Message with details of how to collect your prize.
